No Power

Hey yall we took my 2019 ar190 out thus past Thursday ran it for 9 hours intermittently fishing with my sons. Trailered her up took her home parked her in the garage. The next day (Friday) they wanted to go tubing so we picked their buddy up and headed back to the water. Backed down the ramp went to launch. No Power whatsoever. No blower, no horn, engine does not try to turn. Checked the killswitch pulled it off reattached it nothing. Trailered her back up took it home and parked it. Last night checked the batteries pulled 12.45 and 12.83 on each respectively. Went to the main fuse panel behind the motor. Pulled and checked all fuses and they still look brand new I absolutely cannot find a reset or any fuses in the battery side compartment even took off the power switch (off, 1, all, 2) everything is tight and nothing amiss. I am at a loss for words here does anyone have anything I may have missed? Thanks

Definitely puzzling, maybe a faulty battery switch? Did you try getting power by flipping to 1 or 2 on the switch at all? By saying you checked the fuses did you test them? If not do so! Still seems like it’s a fuse issue..

Yeah switched to all of them. I agree it seems like a fuse issue (did check them with the multimeter) but I feel like I'm missing a fuse somewhere that's integral to this.

Use a multimeter or a test light to check your fuses. On ATC fuses there are usually two tiny test points where the probes can be placed to either check continuity or for voltage.

In your case start with the main fuse to see if you’ve got power to the buss, then check the rest of them.

Edit; I see you used a multimeter, did you get voltage at the main fuse?

I will run back through them tonight! I dont think I missed any but double checking is a good idea for sure!

Right on… did you check for power or continuity on the fuses?
Did you use your meter to check voltage at the battery or did you get the volt reads from the connext screen? Did the connext screen come on?
Check for power at the battery switch, power in and out, to eliminate a bad battery switch. and trace that to the main fuse block.
There can also be fuse holders right next to the batteries, so check for those.

They all read 0 no overload I didn't however check at the switch just the battery itself. The connect screen doesn't come on either theres nothing at the helm the frustrating part is having it out all day the day before to suddenly be dead and not able to find what's caused it. Wish I'd have done that when I had the switch off! Thats where I'm struggling I really feel like I'm missing a fuse somewhere near the battery compartment but me nor my son could find any.

That sounds like the main fuse blew or the load connection on the battery switch has become de energized some how when the switch is turned on. You did have the switch on correct? I have to ask that question.

So the fuses all read zero volts or zero ohms? You need to check the main fuse and make sure you have 12V on each of the fuse, then check the rest of the fuses on the buss to make sure they are all good.. you should get 12V on each side of ALL of the fuses.

Check everything … you’ll find the problem.

Something else to consider related to this is the button that the hatch presses down when it is shut. Sometimes the nut to that button loosens up and the button drops down further than it should and the hatch is not making a good connection with it.

Blower & horn not working indicate NO power from the house battery. Did you try the yellow "Emergency Power Switch"?
Does the key need to be on for blower & horn?

After 4 hours yesterday I'm no further to the answer. Power to the switch not from the switch. Bypassed the switch straight to the back power to the back no power out. The "fuses" aren't true fuses they are relay style and the coils are good is all I could figure to test. Only blow fuse thus far is the 3 in the bilge. That was blown to smithereens. So it seems like the search continues for where we are losing power...

This is a long shot, but sometimes the entire key socket component will turn with the key rather than just the inner mechanics of it. Maybe?

That is definitely a next step being that bypassing the switch which obviously I'm going to order a new battery switch give power to the main and the coils on the relays were all good I think the next step is tracing back from the console to hopefully there'
s a main block either with a blown fuse or like you said the entire socket is spinning and not catching charge. I'm guessing there is still a fuse somewhere that has blown between the main and the controls on the console including the key.
