I have 6 kicker Kicker 45KM654 in my boat currently that the stock amp os just underwhelming. Looking for suggestions on amp replacement to give them some better sound. Anyone have a similar setup they'd suggest?

I have the same Kicker speakers in my boat. I second the recommendation for Wet Sounds for power although pricey. I am driving 6 of the 6.5"s and a pair of 8" tower speakers with an 8 channel Wet Sounds. Also, the Kicker marine amps are a good mid-price option.

That's my plan, repower the existing speakers and sub and also adding a set of wet sounds rev 10 tower speakers as well. An 8 channel would be great if it would handle those 8 then just get 1 more for the sub but I know those 10's are a little power hungry. Wonder if that 8 channel would be enough

It's the Wet Sounds HTM-8. I've got 4 of the Kickers (bow and cockpit) on two channels at 2 ohms. The swim deck Kickers on two channels at 4 ohms. The Kicker 45KMTC8 are each on two channels bridged. I've got a separate Kicker mono amp pushing the Wet Sounds REVO 10 sub. You could do it all with just the 8 channel amp if you didn't run the tower speakers bridged. But like you said tower speakers need a lot of power to push them, especially 10s. You could try it with just the 8 channel amp and see how it sounds and add another amp later.

Page 12 of the manual gives a couple of examples.

I've never heard of NVX, but I will say the specs vs. the price is impressive.

I thought the same thing! Definitely went up high on my list to at least try. Especially if I can power everything on one amp
If you can return it within a reasonable amount of time, it's definitely worth trying.

For $50 you can get 3 years of warranty on Amazon. Will be winter time before I get to this so we'll see

I have run them on a few boats. If you watch any of the Amp dynos on youtube you will see they are well built.
