Top speed I can get is about 35 with half tank of fuel and 2 adults with the top down on my 2024 sx220. Is thet the norm?

AR 240....I can routinely get 44mph with some wind,a full tank of gas, 3 out of the 6 on the boat are bigger people, and all their beverages for a day on the water. 90+ degrees. Calm water, 2 people I can hit 50
