Stereo Lock Icon - 2019 275 SE

The Stereo Screen on my 2019 275 SE is locked...all of the inputs have lock icons beside them. This is my second season with this boat and when I took it out of winter storage this spring the Yamaha dealer replaced both batteries. The stereo worked on my trip up from the ramp to our lift but the blue tooth wouldn't connect so I just played the FM radio. When I went back later to try and troubleshoot the blue tooth and powered up the lock icons appeared (see photo).

I called the dealer who also does my storage and maintenance including the battery replacement and was told to power up the stereo from the fusion unit on the swim platform. When I did this the fusion unit says can't identify a stereo ... first connect a stereo from the source menu. When I try to turn on the stereo from the main screen the "turn on" soft key lights up when I press it but goes off when I stop.

I'm stumped.

The main fusion unit … the black box that interfaces with Yamaha’s system went bad. The replacement for a 2019 275 (first model year) is no longer available and is not the same as in the new 275’s. I replaced it with a new JL unit that is run through a separate screen so now no media functions are controlled through the Yamaha screen. The new screen is located in my console right of the helm where the cell phone holder was. Seamless install by the dealer looks great and the sound is amazing.

thank you the factory one ms-bb300 is no longer made i called fusion and got a newer model one that will work Fusion Apollo MS-WB675 Marine Hideaway Stereo.... should be plug and play will update past when i install it ..
