I am having my impeller repitched, when I reinstall, do I need to put anything on the 4 long bolts for the pump? Also, just marine grease for the threads of the impeller shaft?

I use copious amounts of anti seize on the impeller/shaft threads.
Nothing on the long bolts.

I didn't really know there was a difference between anti seize and grease. Can I just pick it up at a marine store or amazon? Any particular brand?

I’ve used genetic anti-seize such as used for spark plugs. It will not guarantee pulling the impeller off with ease, lol, it certainly helps though. Those impellers can get so tight - need to be cut off with a grinder, never happened to me, yet.

In maintenance manual to reassemble your jet pump, it shows that the four long bolts have Loctite 567. You can order it on Amazon.

Loctite 567 is a high temp thread sealant. You can buy similar products at automotive stores.

Use a high moly grease on the shaft splines. I use a Honda moly grease intended for motorcycles.

I had to cut mine off with a grinder. It was a lot of fun.

High temperature, but low holding strength, so it comes off for disassembly. Seals well, so keeps corrosion away. Pretty cool product.
