Is there a way to make that loud annoying noise to go away when you first turn the key? Omg that is horrible.

I put tape over the speaker inside the dash on mine. It muted the harsh shrillness of the beeping.

Thanks I’ll look into it. I don’t understand why it’s so loud. That’s ridiculous

I just cut the wire! Couldn’t take it anymore.

I hate it, and love it.
I have a 5 year old and a 3 year old... without it the boat would have beached itself after my kid was thrown from the boat.

That'll work! But, as I'm sure you are aware, that also eliminates any engine alarms like overheating which isn't optimal.
@Augieol65 When you cut the wire does it make any other warnings appear? I've been waiting 3 months for a warranty replacement connext screen but we've still been using the boat as you can see the screen, it's only the touch part doesn't work. The engine maintenance warning started beeping yesterday and it's super annoying and I can't clear it. If I can just stop the beeping it would be fine. Although I wonder if it still is showing the engine maintenance warning, would it be blocking more important warnings like overheat?
