gelcoat spot treat repair/paint?

I have blue bottom AR190 and got some pretty ugly scratches down low.
even tho you really can only see it on trailer when squatted down, it still bugs me.

anyone know of a tip/trick for some touch-up? I just wanna brush on or even spray blend a few spots to make them "go away" a bit better.
