750 ark is the cat's meow, but as far as salt it's all about the maintenance.

My new regimen involves a SaltAway followed by CRC656 from a sprayer (and CorrosionX from a can - to double down on key spots)

By the way, your brakes will most likely fail before anything else, in salt, and that's what I focus on, but I literally soak the whole rig with a sprayer.






Same with the Yama trailer which is pained but has not a spec of rust at 5 years, albeit it is mostly used in fresh water.

Thanks for the post nice jack and interesting design..
I just replaced the OEM with this one from Northern Tool and it fits using the OEM bracket you don't have to bolt on another bracket.

I reused the old bolts and spacers. The old round spacer doesn’t fit inside the new bracket hole, so I had to do a little grinding with a grinder flapper disk and Dremel tool and filing on both. Then I drilled the pin holes out to 1/2”. You’ll see.

I bought this jack yesterday. How the install? Did you have to remove the winch/roller assembly off in order to remove the oem winch? I tried to mount the jack yesterday without success. what did you modify? the oem mounts with 2 bolts and the one from Tractor Supply uses four.
