Boat won’t plane out. All new impellers solas wear rings and clean out plugs. Boat won’t go over 5-6k without sounding like it’s blowing

What does "sounding like its blowing" mean?

Are you sure you have the correct pitch impellers and there on the correct sides?

Does it have vibration like it’s cavitation? If you can’t get it over 5-6k RPMs you probably won’t plane out, I have to run 7-8k to plane out. Check your air filters (clean with no oil) and oil level (make sure it’s not overfilled). And how old are your spark plugs?

I suppose by "blowing" you mean blowing up. If it's vibrating at that 5k-6k rpm it sure sounds like cavitation. Need to find the source...

Original post says "new everything"... is this the first time out since the new-everything? First things first start at the scoop grate looking for debris and work backwards to the "new everything" assembly. It sounds too easy but in the last week someone was asking why his battery wire was heating up and the boat wouldn't start...he posted pics and upon his review of his thread he noted he literally had his wires crossed on the terminals. Take your time and observe carefully.

was there an issue that made you get new impellers and wear rings ?
did the boat run fine before the change ?

you probably have air getting in someplace it only takes a little issue to cause cavitation, a bad seal around the pump or the clean out plugs
