Yamaha provided great photos of the 2016 models and we would like to share some of our favorites. Reduced size versions are shown below. The full size images are attached at the end. I have included the side profile photos which I believe show all of the color options. If you are viewing as a guest, Logging In will allow you to see the full size photos.

Oh man! I think they REALLY, REALLY nailed the colors on these... Best value in boating IMHO!

would have liked to see a red in this model, but hey theres always next year.

So did they just carry over the blue scheme from last year?

Do all of the boats get the new drive by wire like this Ar240?

Hopefully more boats will get the drive by wire next year.

So did they just carry over the blue scheme from last year?

Last it was space blue, this year it states yacht blue, which is darker.

Cheers all, so excited now, it's been a roller coaster with the dealer, but they've come up trumps now :D.

I always like blue Yamahas.

If that was directed to me - Kevin - thanks !!

I wasn't really thinking to get a 2016 right before winter storage time here in the Pacific Northwest, but the dealer made me an offer I couldn't abuse. At first we were shopping for a limited S or thinking E-series, but after seeing the AR - we couldn't justify the higher cost. There were some things we liked about the AR over the limited - such as the fully covered swim deck area in Sea Dek - which is great stuff (it's an ultimate non-skid surface) - and we really liked the blue color.. not to mention the $$$ savings. We had a full tank of gas and 8 people (4 adults 4 kids) onboard the other day and that didn't slow it down a bit. It has excellent power, and It's not hard getting used to being able to creep up on shallower beaches than with I/O drives.

If it would help I'll go break it in, get the first two oil changes done and get all the kinks worked out for you... It's a bit of a jaunt for me, but I don't wouldn't mind too much. ;)
