I thought it was very clear, but I'll bold this sentence "Depending on the country, I frankly recommend just finding a Scarab dealer that’s willing to ship to your home.".
You won't be able to easily find these parts on the web no, hence contact Scarab. BRP numbers are hard to lookup.
