Solas Dual Impeller + Tunnel Seal

I'll get some pictures this weekend, but my surf wave is fantastic. No complaints at all, and I can put it out without the motors screaming at high revs. Could be the difference between the OPs single engine 19' boat and my dual engine 21' boat...
I have a 195, so it's single-engine for me. I'm running about 6k RPM at the optimal speed, so it's not redline-screaming, but I get cavitation on launc with heavier riders if I'm not careful.

Now that's strange - I can't get my twins to NOT bite, even towing a big soggy tube around with three riders

Most recently, I had a 650 bag on the transom, a 375 that was filled to probably 300 on the port floor, and a 450 bag filled to 250 above the ski locker/in the bow floor. Plus 180 pound passenger and 180 pound driver for a total of ~1500 lbs in the boat. And we were pulling up a 230-pound surfer on a nearly 6-foot board. The water was not glass, but not super choppy either. Just average, I'd say.

The acceleration bit initially, but started cavitating pretty quickly on the way up to 10.5 mph. If I launched manually, I could get it to work, but I had to feather the throttle on the way there.
