Hey guys I did a one day trip out to the San Juan and Orca Islands last year and this year I want to stay overnight at a cabin on the water in the island chain. there are multiple 89 dollar cabins with hot tubs and amenities on groupon. Days we are planning on right now are June 25 - 26. Heading out around 11 from Anacortes and going whale watching off our boat and then cabin and food, next morning whale watching and coming home around 3 pm. Let me know if anyone is interested?
Here are some pictures from my last trip and the route we took.

This could be us west coast guys Bimini Island Trip

Sadly We're out.... 42 hours is a bit too much of a ride, towing a boat its probably 58 hours... But please post your pictures!!!

You should be able to trim at least 4-5 hr off if you avoid all that road construction! Look at all that along your route. :D

This looks pretty awesome. @GTBRMC What would be our "bimini trip" in the upper Midwest ? Apostle Islands?

I suppose so. Either that or Georgian Bay on Ontario side of Lake Huron. I have daydreamed about both trips, but never seriously planned to go.

We had a few boats planning on heading to San Juan island and Friday harbor to whale watch on Saturday 6/25, spend the night in Friday Harbor and come back to Anacortes on Sunday 6/26. At this point it is down to just me. It would be great to get some other boaters to join in the trip. Are there any takers? It should be a fun trip. Our plan is to head out from Washington Park, Anacortes in the morning, stay at the Orca Inn, Friday Harbor San Juan Island. Then head back out for some more whale watching before returning to Anacortes. I'm taking over coordinating the trip as I am the last man standing and weather permitting, I am going.

Would love to do that, unfortunately I can't go that weekend.

Just left you a PM Garrett, my wife and I are in, likely one of our sons too.
