How to update Connext Maps and Gps System?

2023 Yamaha 252EX. Have been researching and nothing.

1) how to update gps maps?
2) how to update firmware?

Same question here on 2021. Last year's hurricane season threw the charts way off. If you hold down the Settings button the main screen, you can bring up the Software Information where you can see the version number. Also, the USB Female behind the helm is where we would use flash media or YDS to update the firmware. The question is where is the firmware and where is it documented. Probably dealer only smh...
