Every season? Only once a few years? What do y'all do?

I only grease them if I find that I have water intrusion into the grease behind the bearing buddy. If the bearing buddy is kept where it is supposed to be then no water can get in. I do check the wheel bearing for excessive play by jacking the wheel off the ground and wiggling it 9-3 and 12-6.

So far only one time for one wheel that had a leaky grease seal have I repacked a wheel bearing.

normally on a trailer once a year but for a boat ? I have only dipped mine once. If i was loading and unloading the boat I would do it all the time. I dont remeber - Im hoping the shorelander that came with my 2023 ar 250 has ez lube axles. that plus a 20v grease gun makes it a breeze

Id think your boat came with bearing buddies.. add just enough to keep the piston from bottoming out and yiu should be good.
