HELP! Gauges will only come ON after engines start! And not when keys are in ON position!

Hi, I’ve got a problem on my 2012 242 LTS where i turn the keys to ON and nothing happens! But if I continue turning to start, then after the engines start the gauges come on! And only the right engine powers on the speedometer (Middle one) along with tachometer after start.
Fuses ok, no corrosion on battery terminals and they are tight, connections under dash seem ok,
What else should i check? Any other fuses or relays that I don’t know about?
Thanks!

My 2017 operates this way as well. I think it's just normal.

Somewhat aggravating, but normal.

Oh, that’s interesting.. I thought i had a problem with my boat! (Just recently bought it from auction) Thanks for the reply!
