My glove box is not is not locking in place. Wondering if I’m missing a piece or I just need to adjust it. I attached some photos. Thanks in advance for the help.

Can' really tell but here is a pic of the hatch door closure, it appears the face of convex portion of your locking pin has been sheared off.

Seems someone has already been adjusting it from the looks of the screws on the latch plate. Maybe it's just out of alignment. I'd start there moving the latch plate up and down, forward and back in small increments to see if you can get it to catch. Looks to me all the pieces are there, at least what I can see.
