I need to extend the harness for the connectx screen on my FSH 255.

Are the wires standard wires that can be snipped and extended or canbus/serial/something I don’t know about that will be ruined from the resistance change?

On the home stretch for the dash swap…

As long as there are no sheilded wire, you should have no problem but i would solder the wires, not butt connections

Yes, it would be the solder connectors.

Update on this- Was able to reroute the harnesses in the console and make them reach. Much better than extending.
