Don't have measurements other than those that are listed...I kinda eyeball most and pick from our herb garden

Rub:
1/4 cup of dijon mustard
Fresh chopped mint leaves
Fresh chopped Rosemary
Salt
Pepper
2 cloves of minced garlic

Cooking:
Cook in oven at 450F for 10 minutes
Reduce heat to 300F for an additional 10-15 minutes (Medium Rare to Medium)
Remove from oven, cover with tin foil and let rest for 10 minutes
