I need to replace the hardware that goes on the windshield rail. Mine got cross threaded. Anyone know where I can find this?

You might consider buying a tap and die to clean up the threads.

The 1/4-20 knob can be found at most hardware stores. It is a common part.
 
Thanks I found one on eBay for 15 bucks shipped with knob. Hoping that it fits.
