Posted to Facebook group too. Figured it was worth posting here.

This may seem like nothing, but this was many months in the planning! Bought our home this past May. Been putting tons of work into the garage to finish it entirely. We also widened the doors (and new doors). I wanted a single, wide door, but that just wasn't in the cards. I moved the trailer fenders in a few inches. Setup a pulley to test, although it worked and I got it in, it was very awkward alone.

So after doing some research, came across @ArmyChief 's post here: https://jetboaters.net/threads/installing-a-winch-on-your-garage-to-pull-your-boat-in.5626/

I liked what he did and essentially did something similar (thanks for posting your work!). I now have a winch installed on my floor, anchored to the concrete really well. Mine came with a wireless remote so I can now pull the boat in and angle it perfectly by hand pretty effortlessly. Makes getting it in/out of the garage a breeze considering how tight it is. For getting it out, I push it out by hand (also pretty easy) and use the winch to prevent it from rolling away down the slight hill.

After all of this, I can also say that my snowblower still fits nicely, garbage cans, etc. Thus leaving me lots of room to park the car on the other side.

I'm really happy about all of this. Besides saving a few dollars to store it elsewhere, it's really nice to have control of the boat all the time. I can decide myself when to winterize and when to take it out.

Nice, I had to tear my garage down and rebuild it - bigger and better!
